Return Policy:
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines:
a. Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
The cricket bat must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Personalized or customized cricket bats are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
b. Return Process:

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Ship the cricket bat, along with the return authorization, to the provided address.
c. Inspection and Refund:
Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for eligibility.
If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Replacement Policy:
We aim to provide you with a cricket bat that meets the highest standards. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged cricket bat, follow these steps for a replacement:
a. Reporting Defective or Damaged Items:

Provide clear photos of the defect or damage for our records.
b. Replacement Process:
After reviewing your case, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
If a replacement is approved, we will arrange for the defective or damaged cricket bat to be returned at our expense.
A new cricket bat will be shipped to you promptly.
c. Warranty:
Note- Engraved bat cannot be replaced .
Our cricket bats may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Please check the product documentation for details.
